We reserve the right to to ask for personal identification and a security deposit at the time of booking.  All reservations require a credit card on file in order to be considered a confirmed booking.  

motel Reservation& Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

For individual room reservations a 25% deposit will be applied to the credit card on file at least 7 days prior to arrival.  All group reservations (3 or more rooms) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.  Full payment will be processed on the day of check in.  We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex. We do not accept cash or etransfer for reservations. We reserve the right to ask for identification before confirming a reservation.  PLEASE NOTE OUR GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW. 

DAMAGE RECOVERY FEE

Should your room be left in disrepair, a security payment and/or damage recovery fee of up to $500 will be added to your final bill.  Disrepair can include, but is not limited to: stained or damaged soft fixtures such as sheets, towels, pillows or other bedding. Damage to beds, chairs, tables or appliances. Damaged to walls or windows.

OCCUPANCY & ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Nightly room rates are based on double occupancy. Children under 15 years of age stay for free.  An additional $15/person will be added if there are more than 2 individuals over the age of 15 in a room. 

There is a $20 fee to add a cot to any room. 

Pack n Play use is complimentary. 

PET FEES

There is a $15/stay pet fee for all pets. Maximum 2 pets per room.  You know your pet best.  If your pet is nervous or aggressive around other people or animals, we ask that you refrain from bringing your pet to the motel.  Please do not leave your pet unattended on the property or for extended periods of time in your room.  

INDIVIDUAL ROOM CANCELLATION

If you are unable to make your reservation, we would be happy to reschedule to a later date. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days notice of your scheduled check in time for a full refund. If cancellation is requested less than 7 days from check in, full payment for your reservation is required. Same day cancellation or no-show will result in full room reservation charges, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the reservation total. 

GROUP AND CORPORATE ROOM CANCELLATION

Confirmed group reservations of 3 or more rooms and all corporate/direct bill accounts may be cancelled with a minimum 2 weeks notice of your scheduled check in time for a full refund. If cancellation is requested less than 2 weeks from check in full payment for your reservation is required.

Same day cancellation or no-show will result in full reservation charges, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the reservation.  In the event your reservation can be moved to a new date, full payment will be processed and applied to the new reservation date, supplied at the time of booking. Subsequent cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

We ask that all guests leave the house as they found it. Please wash any dishes and place soiled linens in the laundry hampers provided. Garbage should be gathered and placed in the outside garbage bins provided.  Should the house be left in disrepair or in an exceptionally unclean state a cleaning and/or damage recovery fee of up to $500 will be charged to your primary method of payment. Damage can include but is not limited to: stained soft fixtures such as sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. Damage to any furniture, fixtures, or appliances. Damaged to walls, windows or doors.

 

​PET FEES

For properties listed as pet friendly, welcome well behaved pets. There is a $50/stay/pet fee for pets. Maximum 2 pets. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the house or tied up on the property.  Please ensure you pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the outdoor receptacles provided.  Any additional property clean up due to dog or animal waste/damage will be subject to our damage recovery fee.
