THE WELCOME RECEPTION
6:00 PM | A little something to begin the evening.
Seasonal Goat Cheese Flatbread
Creamy goat cheese, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, honey, fresh herbs and peppery arugula.
Cranberry & Brie Pastry Bites
Golden pastry filled with creamy Brie, cranberry, orange marmalade and toasted nuts.
Served with our complimentary Cranberry-Rosemary Christmas Spritz, a sparkling blend of festive cranberry, citrus and rosemary.
THE FIRST COURSE
Velvety Butternut Squash Soup
Roasted butternut squash, gently warmed with aromatic spices, finished with cream and
toasted pumpkin seeds.
THE MAIN COURSE
Slow-Braised Beef
Tender beef, slowly braised until beautifully rich and served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes, maple-roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and cranberries, and glazed carrots.
Finished with a rich reduction of its braising juices.
THE SWEET FINALE
Spiced Gingerbread Cheesecake
A festive gingerbread cheesecake with warm seasonal spices and caramelized oranges.

The Christmas Evening
Our festive welcome reception begins at 6:00 PM, featuring seasonal canapés and a complimentary cranberry-rosemary Christmas spritz. At 6:45 PM, guests will gather for a three-course candlelit dinner, followed by a little handmade Christmas gift to take home.
A Very Marmalade Christmas Dinner & Stay
Starting at $349 for two, plus HST. Includes one night's accommodation on December 5, Christmas dinner for two, homemade Christmas cookies and hot chocolate in your room, and handmade chocolate-orange truffles to take home.
A Christmas Evening at the Marmalade Dinner Only
$80 per person, plus HST. Includes our festive welcome reception, complimentary Christmas spritz, three-course dinner and handmade chocolate-orange truffles.
Make Your Stay a Little Longer
Why hurry home? Overnight guests can extend their getaway with an additional night for just $99, plus HST, subject to availability. Breakfast delivered to your room is also available for an additional charge.
Wine & Beverages
A selection of wines ($12 per glass) and craft beers ($8 per can) will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Prices exclude HST.

Advance reservations are required, and seating is limited. Dinner & Stay packages can be booked online through Marmalade Motel. Dinner-only reservations must be made through the designated dinner booking option.

Our Christmas celebration takes place Saturday, December 5, 2026, with a festive welcome reception at 6:00 PM and dinner at 6:45 PM.
Seating in our geodesic dome is limited, and advance reservations are required.
Christmas dinner reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. This applies to both dinner-only reservations and the dinner portion of our overnight packages.
Dinner & Stay packages can be reserved through our online booking system.
Dinner-only reservations are available separately.
Overnight accommodation is subject to the applicable room booking and cancellation policies.
